Now, this got me interested as I hadn't heard of that brand before. After a bit of searching I found out that it was built by the
Anhaltische Fahrzeugwerkstätte Robert Krause in Dessau. In my books that company is always said to have built their friction-driven car under the brand Dessavia (Latin for Dessau). We've had a puzzle car identified as Dessavia before:

But as you could see in the "Dessavia" thread this motorbike made to look like a car was sold by the Anhaltische Werkstätte as the Elektrik (I also found Elektrikwagen) and isn't friction-driven at all. Searching for Dessavia I did not find any sources from 1907-1910 referring to such a car. I wonder whether the phantom Dessavia was in fact the Lyddi car. But where might the car brand Dessavia have come from?
Below you find two pictures of the 1908 Lyddi 8 PS two-seater and a slightly darker version of the puzzle picture, the Lyddi 9 PS four-seater from 1909. The difference in the engine output may have been for promotional reasons, a 1908 source already states 8.34 PS for the engine.
