I saw a post about this car , the .son of the builder asked about it , a 500 one off  built in the UK in the early 50s  can't recall where I saw it

That was a wild shot, but TBH there is very littlle information on the internet about this class of racing, which was poorly supported even in period. The Emeryson appears to have dominated what racing there was.

Did the builder also construct a 500cc F3 car?

Not that I know of.  The information I found on this car didn't mention a 500cc car.
