No, it's never been used by Ford or Ghia for anything else.
But it has been used by a different manufacturer..

If the suggestion I have made elsewhere on the forum were implemented I could declare the answer to this and move it to Solved right away - and get 1 point for it to boot!

My reply #26 gave quite a good clue, and I expected questions based on it until that manufacturer was found, then the model, and Bingo!, it would have been solved.

But they weren't forthcoming from anyone; everyone seemed to lose interest.
