As car #10 is the Chameleon Typhoon I am guessing the constellation is Chamaeleon.
So 10 - J?
No Chameleons in this puzzle.

13 is the Warta, a prototype for a farmers vehicle made in Poznan,
e is the old river bridge at Schwerin on the river Warta, ( which is the neighbouring town to Poznan.

That is the limit of my Warta knowledge!

D is Nasr City, in Egypt, which matches to CAR 11, the Seat 133. The little Seat was later produced in Egypt by the NASR car company.

Correct, though my source doesn't list it as a Seat, but "El Nasr". I don't know what's definetly right in this case. Declared as solved.

As mentioned before there's no Chameleon in this puzzle. The connection you've found is correct, though, but I have another name for the car.

Transcontinental country then?
No. That language is spoken by many people all over the world, but a lot more by elders...

El Nasr is made by Egypt's El Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company, founded in 1960.

navara

Allemano and Pguillem are correct, El Nasr 133 is how the little Seat was sold in Egypt.
