Before I could stop myself when this first appeared, I found a source of this Kriéger photo which seemed to say it was petrol-electric and I posted a refutation - then remembered I'm not a rookie so shouldn't have posted (and couldn't delete the post, so edited it as you see).
What is unusual is that it seems to have motors in the wheel hubs like a Lohner-Porsche, whereas I'm more used to them looking like this 1904 job owned by Tungstone Batteries Ltd
