And another point for you. With the help of Google, I gathered that this special bodied Studebaker was built and raced in Estonia in the late 1940s by Julius Johanson

Sorry, but late 1940s is completely impossible. Sice 1948 foreign mechanicals were banned in Soviet racing. This car was surely raced in 1935 when Johanson has established an Estonian speed record (1km flying start, 148,8 km/h).
