This is a tricky one, as the name given to it in an online source is not correct.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

MrScharroo

In my Flickr photostream  I called this car the "Pobel Three-wheeler" or Pöbel Three-wheeler" built in 1932. I guess that's what you meant. I wonder what the correct name is.

Wendax

Yes, that's what I meant, although I didn't have your flickr photostream in mind, but the original online source (where I guess you took the picture from). The name Pobel isn't so wrong though, as you can use three letters for the correct name.

1932 is correct as the year it appeared.

Locked for you to have a try.

MrScharroo

I'm thinking of "mobil", but I haven't the slightest idea of the other part of the name and see no ways to find it. You can unlock.

Wendax

Mobil is not part of the name. The car is named after its builder, and it's a short name.

Unlocked and open to all.

As stated before, Pobel is not the correct name.

Is Josef Ganz involved with this car?

ropat53

Any connection with the Framo Stromer?

Only that it was probably featured in his magazine Motor-Kritik.

No connection to any known car manufacturer as far as I know.

With the Framo-style wheels and the DKW-style bodywork it should have been built in the eastern part of Germany?

Allemano

Another challenge.

What's the name of this vehicle and from when does it date?
One point for the correct answer!

Usually you're right with your assumptions, but this is not a Neimann.

ropat53

German any Framo connection?

Allemano

German, but I can't see any Framo connection. I don't know much about this car so can't say definetly yes or no to this question.

I think I should change my sources..  :-[
