She managed to get her name in print a few times in the 1960's, but her performing career had largely wound down, with the exception of a role in a somewhat notorious movie.

According to the information on her in that puzzle she was a singer and was called variously Mary or Marie and then Marie 'The Body' McDonald.

So she was not just a pretty face...!
