Not having a whole lot of luck locating Venezuelan automobile manufacturers.  Is the puzzle car a current, or previous, series model by an established automobile manufacturer, or a current, or previous, proposal, by an entity contemplating series production, but not an established automobile manufacturer.  If neither of the above, I assume it is a one-off home-built.
