Yes, just two letters missing, as it is a Sirocco xx (Fill the xx).

Yes. After more than two years I'm glad to call this puzzle solved, although I originally asked for the builder. But that information isn't available online anymore. His name was V. Bellia.

One point for Paul Jaray for finding the car's name. The other Black Hole point goes to SACO for providing the information that it was based on an Alfa Rome 1900.
