Who built this car, and what was the engine?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Australian hill climb special by Howard Clisby.  Don't know if it had a name of its own - it seems to have very little else.
Wasn't he the man who designed an F1 V6 engine in the 60s...?

Got there in the end! Clisby built the car in 1952 around a Douglas 350cc flat-twin. It was road-registered!!!

I believe he was one and the same man who designed the Australian F1 engine designed for an Ausper chassis.
