Yes. However, the name of the builder doesn't sound French.

pnegyesi

was it for sale recently?

oko94

Not that I know of.

Oh, that's blown another theory of mine as I know that the very French-sounding French movie stunt driver Remy Julienne once built a Renault 4-based Jeep prototype, but I've never seen an actual photo of it from memory. So not the Julienne one-off I guess?
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

oko94

No relation with Rémy Julienne indeed.

Did you find this on a forum?

oko94

No. Found it in a magazine.

Wendax

Italian sounding name?

Can it be found online?

oko94

The builder's name doesn't sound Italian. Sounds latin though.

Technically I found the car online as the magazine I got it from is available in digital format, but I couldn't find anything about the car on the web.

oko94

The name of the car can be guessed, as it's an amalgamation of one of the base's names and the name of what it's meant to look like.

The name of the builder can be guessed too as it appears to be not too uncommon.

Something like Jeenault?

You're on the right track, but there is a trick  ;)

The car's name is JeeXXXl.

Wendax

oko94

Sorry I've edited my previous answer: the name's pattern is JeeXXXl, as the ending "l" was in the right position in Oguerrerob's proposal.

But Wendax you had a good idea: you should indeed mix "Jeep" with the Renault 4's nickname.

Jeetrel

Yes !

The Renault 4's nickname is "4L", which can be written as "Quatre L". Jeep + Quatre L = Jeetrel.

One point for Oguerrerob. Another point is to be won for the builder's name.

Oguerrerob

oko94

No. It has already been said that the builder's name sounds latin but neither French nor Italian.

Oguerrerob

oko94

No, but his first name indeed starts with H.
