It's a not a city; it's a town, like most of the other locations you have mentioned.  This town is the only European address I can now find for this Company, but it may well be a post box address, rather than a full-blown production facility, because as I have mentioned on a number of occasions before, the converted Mercedes in this Puzzle was modified in Germany, where the Company no longer seems to have a base from what I can tell.

I understand what you mean but if the company is located in, say, Gardisseul, the address should mention Plestan too as Gardisseul is not even a town, it's a "lieu-dit" attached to Plestan.

So, is it located in Gardisseul ?

The location where this Company is based (or a postal address) seems to be a town in its own right, and I can see it clearly on a map of this region, but it is not Gardisseul.
